Source order
Primary studies and direct trial records come first. Reviews provide context but do not replace the underlying evidence.
Protocol handling
Study-based schedules are identified as such. Commercial vial, reconstitution and protocol-planning fields remain marked pending until independently verified.
Corrections
Material corrections should update the record, its reviewed date and its reference timestamp together.
