How Femetric represents research.
Every public record separates what a source reports from the tools visitors use to explore that information.
Our sources
Primary papers, trial registries, regulator documents and current labels take priority. Reviews add context, but do not replace original evidence.
How studies are represented
We record population, duration, endpoints, outcomes and adverse events only when the source supports them. Human trials, preclinical studies, reviews and sponsor updates remain distinct.
Protocol source labeling
Published study structures are labeled separately from calculator values entered by visitors. A calculator value is not presented as a clinical instruction.
Women in the Research
Female representation, sex-specific findings and relevant life-stage context are shown where reported. A lack of data is a research gap, not a conclusion about effectiveness or safety.
Updates + corrections
Material corrections update the affected field and citation. Visitors can report an issue from the page where it appears.
Commercial independence
Affiliate relationships never determine research coverage, factual ordering or editorial conclusions. Product rows require separate commercial verification.
