How this works

CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a modified GHRH analog. The DAC moiety allows the peptide to bind albumin, dramatically extending its half-life to approximately 6–8 days. It continuously stimulates the pituitary GHRH receptors, producing elevated baseline GH and IGF-1 levels while still allowing some natural pulsatility. This differs from the short-acting (no-DAC) version, which requires multiple daily injections to mimic pulses.

Timing + Fasting Notes
